A Little Flower Story

Hi, I'm Ava! The hands, heart, and flower-loving soul behind Little Darlin Flora.

I like to think my love for flowers was planted long before I was. In the early 1900s, my family grew tulips on their farm in Holland before eventually making their way to Northern California, where they continued their farming roots. Generations later, here I am, finding my own little way to carry on a family story that began with flowers.

What started as a love for creating has blossomed into a floral studio rooted in storytelling, thoughtful details, and a whole lot of heart.

I find beauty in the unexpected - the way a stem naturally curves, the charm of an imperfect bloom, and the little details that make something feel uniquely yours. My designs are romantic, a little whimsical, and always inspired by the beauty of nature.

Whether I'm flowering a wedding, bringing life to a gathering, or creating something simply because, I believe flowers should do more than look pretty. They should make you feel something.
